Noriu padaryti trumpą įžangą apie maisto ir natūralių medikamentų svarbą.

It heals you it soothes you.. It is a symbol of emotions. It is directly related and being affected by the Moon.. It is the blood of Earth.. It is in blood of ours. We are ONE. And we are LIFE.

Treat yourself with loads of water every day. You already know that you really need it and you know why.
But please pay attention to the quality of a water you drink. Make sure that it is highest quality that is available to you.

- It would be the best if there was an access to a local water spring.
- Avoid bottled water if it's possible. Go green! (Google bottled waters harm for your body and environment)
- Filter it! If your tap water is good to drink and tastes good to you simply filter your tap water.
- Charge your water with crystals if you want! Put your water into a jug together with crystals and let them stay for a night. The next morning your water will be charged and ready to drink. If those crystals are polished make sure you remove them after a charging process just in case some of you could be sensitive to the polishing agent.
(Google how to clean cleanse and recharge your crystals, how to program them for a special purposes if you want)

JIS gydo, ramina.. JIS - tai mūsų jausmai, kuriuos veikia mėnulis.. VANDUO - tai žemės kraujas, kuris srūva mūsų venomis.. Nes mes esame viena.. Su žeme, jos augalija ir gyvūnija, nes vanduo yra gyvybė.. Nes gyvybė esam MES..
Stenkimes išgerti per dieną kuo daugiau vandens, turbūt tai jau žinote ir žinot kodėl..
Norėjau tik pabrėžti, kad svarbus ne tik išgeriamo vandens kiekis, bet dar svarbesnė yra jo kokybė.

- Būtu nepaprastai gerai jei galėtumėte parsigabenti vandens tiesiai iš netoliese esančio šaltinio.
- Kiek galite venkite vandens buteliuose (Paieškokite Google vandens supilstyto į plastikinius butelius žalą jums ir aplinkai).
- Filtruokite savo vandenį. Jei iš jūsų krano bėga geras ir skanus vanduo. Filtruokit ir gerkit į sveikatą!
- Jei norite galit pakrauti savo vandenį kristalais. Sudėkit savo mėgiamus kristalus į ąsoti ar kitą indą ir supilkite vandenį, palikite nakčiai. Ryte jūsų vanduo bus pakrautas, galite jį gerti, praustis... Jei jūsų kristalai poliruoti geriau išimkite juos iš vandens jam pasikrovus, nes galite būti jautrūs poliravimo priemonėms, kurias naudojo juos apdoroti (Internete yra begalė informacijos kaip valyti, krauti ir programuoti kristalus konkretiems tikslams)
